Hello and welcome to Fotopiazza! We’re so happy you’re here.

Fotopiazza is a free, open community for photographers and videographers to share their work with the world. Millions of people use Fotopiazza to find beautiful visuals for their projects and creative inspiration.

You can upload almost anything you want to Fotopiazza (with a few exceptions we’ll cover here). This section outlines our upload requirements and what it takes for content to be included in search results.

? Photo Upload Guidelines

Our review team selects the best content to appear in Fotopiazza search results. Your work might not be featured if:

It involves copyright violations (you didn’t create or don’t own the work)
You lack permissions for people or private property shown
It’s a duplicate of previously uploaded content
It contains graphic violence, gore, nudity, or offensive material
It is generated by AI

Technical reasons:

Unclear (blurry or out of focus)
Too low resolution (minimum 4 megapixels)
Wrong orientation or alignment
Over- or underexposed
Overedited (excess HDR, saturation, effects)

Usage-related reasons:

Not a real photo (flyers, collages, illustrations)
Contains added graphics, text overlays, borders, or watermarks

?️ Video Upload Guidelines

In addition to the above rules, videos must meet the following criteria:

Minimum resolution of 1920×1080
Maximum length: 1 minute
No overlays, borders, watermarks, or logos
Vertical, analog, digital, stop-motion, and cinemagraphs are welcome
No shaky, unclear, over- or underexposed footage
Sound is allowed, but added music is not (due to copyright concerns)

Note: Content may be removed if it violates these policies. For repeated or severe violations, accounts may be suspended. Please read these Terms of Service carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fotopiazza.com ("the Website"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our License Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Website.

2. Services Offered

fotopiazza.com provides a digital marketplace for royalty-free and rights-managed content including photos, vector graphics, videos, fonts, and audio files ("Content"). Users can browse, license, and download content for personal or commercial use, subject to the applicable license terms.

3. User Accounts

To purchase or download files, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your login credentials.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Not use the site for illegal or abusive purposes
Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account

4. Licensing

All content offered on the Website is subject to one of our license agreements (Standard or Extended). By purchasing or downloading content, you agree to the applicable license terms, which specify permitted and restricted uses.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute or sublicense any file as-is
Use content in AI training datasets, NFTs, or blockchain projects
Misrepresent yourself as the original author or creator

5. Intellectual Property

All content and material on fotopiazza.com, including the website design, software, logos, and text, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in the license are reserved by their respective owners.

6. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are securely processed through our payment partners. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed by us.

6a. Contributor Earnings & Referrals

Contributor Compensation:

Contributors receive 30% of the net revenue from each successful sale of their content.
If the content is marked as exclusive to Fotopiazza (i.e., it is not sold on any other platform), the contributor receives 50% of the net revenue per sale.

Referral Rewards:

Users who refer others to Fotopiazza using their referral link and generate a purchase will earn a 5% commission based on the net revenue generated through that referral.

Pricing Control:

Each creator is free to set the prices for their own works offered on the Fotopiazza platform.

Payout Requirements:

In order to request a payout, the contributor’s account balance must be at least $50 USD.
Payouts are issued monthly and processed via the contributor's selected payment method.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Upload malicious code or spam
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to our platform
Use the Website to host or distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms or misuse our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

fotopiazza.com and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or any content licensed. You agree to use the platform at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Panama City, Panama.
